INTRODUCTION
Using this website.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the CIMP website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
“CIMP”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Centre for Inclusive Markets and Partnerships. “You” refers to a person accessing or using this website.
01 / WEBSITE PREVIEW
A concept website.
This website is a preview concept. Some opportunities, investment descriptions, registration and access features, and other content are illustrative or demonstration material. The sample tender is not an active procurement notice.
The newsletter form sends subscription requests to newsletter@cimp.co.za for processing; it does not automatically add addresses to a mailing list. The CEP360 sign-in remains a demonstration and is not connected to an authentication service. CIMP does not receive credentials entered into that sign-in preview. Do not rely on preview content as a live offer, invitation, tender, investment commitment or current service announcement.
02 / CONTENT AND RELIANCE
Information, not professional advice.
CIMP aims to present useful and current information, but website content may be incomplete, change over time or contain errors. Please verify information that matters to you before acting on it.
Content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation or commitment to provide funding, investment or services. Decisions should be based on appropriate independent advice and formal documents from the relevant parties.
03 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Respecting content and marks.
Website text, design, CIMP name and logo, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights belong to CIMP or the relevant rights holders. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep notices of ownership intact.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use website content or CIMP branding without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law allows. Third-party names, logos, photographs and links remain the property of their respective owners.
04 / ACCEPTABLE USE
Use the site responsibly.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, CIMP, other users or third parties. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting environment or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, disrupt services or interfere with another person’s use of the website;
- scrape, copy or use content in a way that infringes rights or applicable law; or
- misrepresent your identity or imply an endorsement, affiliation or partnership that has not been authorised.
05 / EXTERNAL LINKS
Third-party websites.
This website may link to external websites and services, including Capital Group, LinkedIn, Google Fonts and image providers. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean CIMP endorses or controls the external service.
When you follow an external link, you do so at your discretion and should review the destination’s terms and privacy information.
06 / AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
Website operation.
CIMP may update, suspend or remove website content or features. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside CIMP’s reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CIMP is not responsible for losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or linked third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
07 / CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
Updates to these terms.
CIMP may revise these Terms of Use by publishing an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date indicates when the page was most recently revised. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply.
